St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, as members of the Body of Christ, shares the love of God with all by living the Gospel of Jesus. Guided by the Holy Spirit and strengthened by the Sacraments, we strive to deepen our faith through service, education, and outreach to those in need.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
October 5, 2025

  1. The Knights of Columbus will host their Grand Slam Breakfast today after the 7:30 am and 9:30 am Masses.  All are welcome. Don’t forget, they will be collecting winter coats for kids at this breakfast and the November breakfast.

  2. There will be a mandatory Confirmation Meeting for all confirmation candidates and their parents Sunday, October 12th at 8:00 am in the Parish Center Auditorium. This includes both York Catholic and Religious Ed students and parents.

  3. Join us next Sunday, at 3:00 pm for our monthly Divine Mercy Devotion, which includes the Chaplet, Adoration, and Benediction. All are welcome.

  4. Next weekend, votive 6-day candles will be available at the scrip window and at the parish office to light and place on the table in the front of the sanctuary in memory of your loved ones. Candles are $7 and available until November 2nd.

  5. The next two weekends The Knights of Columbus will be handing out empty Christmas Boxes of Joy for children suffering from extreme poverty. By filling these boxes with toys and other gifts, you will be sharing the joy of Christmas, and planting seeds of hope through the Gospel.  The filled boxes will be collected at all Masses the weekend of October 25th and November 1st.

  6. Holy Sprouts Playgroup will meet after 9:30 Mass Next Sunday. The activity will be “pumpkins”.  All parents and their children ages 1 to 7 are welcome.  No registration or fees are required.

  7. Catholic Harvest Food Pantry will be collecting Thanksgiving items at all Masses the weekend of October 18th.  Lists of needed items are at the church entrances.
